Cancellation charges:
It is understandable that at times it may be necessary to cancel your appointment. However, as each appointment which you book is specifically reserved for you, there is a cancellation fee. You will be given a full breakdown of the cancellation policy in your assessment appointment.
Cancelled assessments:
If you need to cancel your assessment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice then you will incur the full assessment fee.
Lateness:
Please note that it is important to attend your appointment on time. If you attend your assessment appointment more than 10 minutes late, the assessment will not be able to go ahead. If you attend your counselling appointment late, then it will still end at the original planned time.
